My son has a great team of support workers, every single one of them he has had are so kind, caring and supportive and put him first and as parent's this is all we want for our child. Our son has very complex and challenging needs and the support workers as so understanding and reassure myself and dad alot which is really lovely and gives us great peace of mind. I was really apprehensive at first as my son is quite young but the support workers have been outstanding. Management are fantastic at communicating and are very efficient also I really appreciate the support they have shown my son and continue to show him, we are every grateful.

My son's support worker is beyond amazing with him. He is funny, outgoing, understanding and yet firm and is able to get his boundaries across. My son loves his days out with him and always looks forward to next month's day.
