At the end of September 2024 I had complex surgery and as I am 80 and live alone I needed some help while I recovered. A lady in my village had recommended Wakely Hill Healthcare. They visited me very quickly after my call for help and arranged for a member of staff to visit me each week for some months until I was strong enough to cope by myself again. I really appreciated that it was the same lovely lady each time as we got on so well. She was always punctual, friendly, professional and meticulous in all the tasks she did for me. I used to look forward to her visits and can't thank her enough for getting me through a difficult time. I couldn't have asked for better help and will gladly recommend Wakely Hill if I ever hear of someone in need of support.
They supported until my fathers death, which resulted in my mum having to be placed in a residential home.
They were always punctual, polite, smart and professional.
I would recommend them highly.
We used Wakely Hill Healthcare on several occasions during 2024 to provide care for my mother who was in her 90s and had mobility issues and mild dementia. They fitted into the family well, ( eg coping with dogs !) were very reliable and always friendly and polite. Communication was good and they went to great lengths to please my mother. They formed a good relationship with her and when she deteriorated and had to go into a nursing home they visited in their own time .
