  • Depending on individual needs:
    A weekly hourly rate of £22 p/hr for the Service specified. Half an hourly rate is £16
    A weekend or unsociable hourly rate of £30 p/hr. Half an hourly rate is £18


    Live-in Care varies from £900 to £1500 per week, typically depending on the level of care required. The higher rate generally applies to situations where more support is necessary, including complex medical needs, 24-hour supervision, and specialized care services. The lower rate generally applies to situations where its more of promoting (which we will always encourage in order to promote independence) were possible.

We employed Wakely Hill to support my elderly parents, in terms of nutrition and hydration, physical care, support with mobilising and to provide stimulation and safety. We found the team supportive and very flexible in terms of changing dates and times, with no penalties, which we had experienced
with other providers.
They supported until my fathers death, which resulted in my mum having to be placed in a residential home.
They were always punctual, polite, smart and professional.
I would recommend them highly.

We used Wakely Hill Healthcare on several occasions during 2024 to provide care for my mother who was in her 90s and had mobility issues and mild dementia. They fitted into the family well, ( eg coping with dogs !) were very reliable and always friendly and polite. Communication was good and they went
to great lengths to please my mother. They formed a good relationship with her and when she deteriorated and had to go into a nursing home they visited in their own time .
