Butterfly's Care

My Dad received care at home from Butterflys during his last few months. All staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond, always making sure that not only my Dad was alright, but my mum too. The care, compassion and empathy they gave was truly exceptional. It was a great comfort to all the family knowing that dad was being so well looked after on every visit, in the final stages of his life. We will all be forever grateful. Thank you.

My mother has been receiving domiciliary care from Butterflies for over a year and honestly, they have been so supportive to not only my mother but close family too. They always come in and make Mum smile, we know that Mum is in safe hands whilst under the care of any of the Butterflies staff. Mum's main carer knows Mum so well and can tell straight away if she is not herself due to tiredness or possible infection. The Butterflies staff are friendly, compassionate and always happy to help. Our general experience has been fantastic and we can’t thank you all enough for the loving care that you give on a daily basis.

This is the best care company I have used to support my mum in being able to stay in her own home. They are reliable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and above all, they really do care about their clients.

My elderly mother was with another care team which we found very unsatisfactory. My mother changed to Butterflies. These guys were fabulous. They took more of a person-centred approach to my mother. Caring for her needs rather than just generic care. They made referrals on my behalf due to my mother's diminishing health. This helped (what turned out to be my mother's last few weeks) so much more comfortable. Thank you.

Butterfly’s are amazing, always on time, always happy and bubbly and nothing is to much for them. They have been great in supporting me (single mum with a baby also having an LD and MH), they were amazing in helping me keep my daughter. My nan also has Butterfly's and she really couldn’t be happier, always looks forward to seeing the girls that go to her. Highly recommended.
