Higham Carers Ltd supported us with the palliative care of my father over his last few weeks.
From our initial meeting with Eddy & Grace we all felt very comfortable and confident in their ability and professionalism.

Higham Carers Ltd supported us with the palliative care of my father over his last few weeks.
From our initial meeting with Eddy & Grace we all felt very comfortable and confident in their ability and professionalism.
Unfortunately we only required their support for a short while but we cannot fault the service. We had consistency, always either Grace or Eddy who both being registered nurses were very knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive. They always arrived on time and they quickly formed a lovely bond with my father who really appreciated their care and support.

Cannot recommend Higham Carers enough! They are all fabulous! Their staff are all totally trustworthy and Mum loves having them care for her. Grace, Eddie and their team not only support Mum, they support all us family too. Mum has recently had a spell in hospital and Grace and her team have helped us navigate her stay in hospital and prepare for when she was back home.

Just after Christmas, my mother's medical condition deteriorated rapidly and I required constant supervision for her in her home during the day at very short notice.
All the ladies from Higham Carers who looked after my Mum were lovely : they were very professional but above all genuinely kind, caring, compassionate and friendly.
It was also reassuring to know that the Manager of the Company had extensive nursing experience.

An amazing care company that go the extra mile on a daily basis. Nothing is too much trouble for this power couple and their team. My father suffers from Dementia and they handle him with true compassion, understanding and care. He lacks for nothing and he is always spotlessly clean and tidy as well as well fed and watered. His home is always left tidy and my dad is warm and comfortable after each visit. They have been working with my father for eighteen months and have kept me informed of his condition and progress on a daily basis through their in depth note taking and regular telephone calls. They are a reliable and dependable care company and, hand on heart, l can thoroughly recommend.

We were provided with numerous care services when looking for a care package for my mum.
When we interviewed the couple who came to asses Mum’s care needs we soon learned they were experienced medically, knowledgeable in their field, charming in character and caring in nature. We were very impressed, and their service came at a most reasonable price.
We entrusted this company with their service and care package and they delivered. During the time they were assigned to us, Mum was happy and so were we.
I would wholeheartedly recommend The Higham Carers Ltd, as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed in any way.
