I used Quodesh health care for 7 months to care several hours a week for my mum who has dementia. There were 3 carers in total and all 3 were amazing with my mum. They were always on time and were so kind and caring to my mum I felt safe leaving her in their care in her own home. I would highly recommend Quedesh. I would like to give a positive feedback regarding how I felt recently with Quodesh Healthcare carers. During the recent snowy day in December 2023, I was surprised to see my mum’s carer arrive in the snow to provide support for my mum who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. Previous providers I had used in the past would have cancelled the call visit due to the weather because I live with Mum. I was very pleased the carer arrived even in the horrible weather to care for Mum. I am really pleased with this company as their ethos is outstanding and the carers genuinely care. Another aspect I like about Quodesh Healthcare carers is their respect for my home environment. They change into their indoor footwear when they arrive and the care team is quite small which means Mum doesn’t have to deal with too many different carers. I would highly recommend Quodesh Healthcare.
