I found Acer Healthcare online. I was a bit nervous to try them the first time, but I am so glad I made the right decision to seek help from them for my elderly mother visiting me from back home.
One member of staff was very professional in her work. She was well-mannered and very supportive of my mother in her day-to-day tasks, e.g. toilet trips, changing clothes, serving my mother lunch whilst I was at work, my mother’s morning and afternoon medications, etc. She carried out all the instructions, as I explained to her on her first day with my mother.
She even helped me to do a bit of hovering, etc.
The directors are very professional and maintain regular contact with me to plan the following week's plans and payments, etc.
I received a call from the team to give a first-week satisfaction review in case there is anything to improve.
I would highly recommend Acer Healthcare to anyone who requires care for their elderly family member/ friend.
