The overall experience has been between satisfactory and good with the large number of carers, the treatment has ranged from just satisfactory to good with 1-2 being proactive while some have been reactive. This si the first care provider I have used so the rating reflects the fact that I do not have
experience of other providers.

Acer Healthcare came to my family's rescue as a temporary care package was required for a few days last February for my mum, who suffers from dementia and then became a permanent package soon after. Mum refused the care at first and was very resistant, but the Care Manager and Carers have worked so
closely with mum, and now she looks forward to their daily visits. They respect her needs to be as independent as possible and keep her safe, for which I cannot thank them enough. I am always kept informed of any issues or changes and feel fully supported, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care.

Our mum went to hospital where she acquired a nasty tummy bug. She became extremely anxious and started having panic attacks, particularly at night. We could not be with her 24 hours a day so we employed Acer carers to be nighttime companions. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The two girls who
shared the shifts were, caring, communicated with us so well, gave advice and became friends during this very difficult time. The managers were also easy to contact and we were easily able to extend the cover. I highly recommend Acer. They have been excellent.

As the son and main carer for my frail elderly mother for a number of years, and with healthcare provision experience myself, I am truly grateful to one of Mum's carers in particular for the wonderful care and help she continues providing for us. Punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail are
hallmarks of the service and I am delighted that my mother is in safe hands for the time we get the visit each morning.
It has been a very difficult journey for us to find the right agency, but I can say wholeheartedly that Acer has proved to be the answer we were looking for. I thoroughly recommend them.

I was delighted with all aspects of the service and care provided by Acer Healthcare. From the initial contact with the agency through to the individual care provided by the team, every aspect was professional and thoughtful. The two women who came to me were friendly, polite and extremely helpful,
offering to do a variety of tasks for me on top of the care package which had been agreed. They were punctual and very efficient, and were a pleasure to chat to every day. Highly recommended.

I found Acer Healthcare online. I was a bit nervous to try them the first time, but I am so glad I made the right decision to seek help from them for my elderly mother visiting me from back home.
One member of staff was very professional in her work. She was well-mannered and very supportive of my
mother in her day-to-day tasks, e.g. toilet trips, changing clothes, serving my mother lunch whilst I was at work, my mother’s morning and afternoon medications, etc. She carried out all the instructions, as I explained to her on her first day with my mother.
She even helped me to do a bit of hovering, etc.
The directors are very professional and maintain regular contact with me to plan the following week's plans and payments, etc.
I received a call from the team to give a first-week satisfaction review in case there is anything to improve.
I would highly recommend Acer Healthcare to anyone who requires care for their elderly family member/ friend.

My name is Amy.


I have worked within health and social care since 2016.


I started within the industry as a support worker and have since then progressed through to a care coordinator and a registered manager. I have worked in various parts of health a social care including residential and domiciliary as well as inpatient services specialising in areas such as; learning disabilities, substance misuse, mental health, end of life and elderly care.


I pride myself on running a person centred service with high involvement from the admin team alongside hiring skilled and experienced carers who are able to meet all of our clients needs.


Our aim as a healthcare provider is to ensure our clients can remain at home for the foreseeable future.


We will work closely with our clients and their loved ones to ensure that receiving care is not as intimidating or overwhelming as it can appear at first.
