I would like to say that the care my received from Acer was second to none every day for over 12 months even if they were running late they would get in touch with me and explained the situation we got to treat them like friends in the end lovely carers we would recommend them to anyone

Acer Healthcare has been providing care for my mum for the past 11 months. They have listened and tried to provide the needs as per my mum's requirements. As a daughter, I feel that I have this support, which gives me some peace of mind that mum is being well cared for. Hoping to continue this friendship/care support, which has helped mum a lot.

I am extremely impressed with the care given by Acer Healthcare to my father. He is allocated a regular carer so continuity of care is maintained and she is fully aware and familiar with his needs and provides excellent support to my father. The management are easily accessible as I regularly request additional visits and these are handled promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Acer Healthcare.

My carer is very bright and bubbly person who looks after me. She does my peg feeds and helps with my toilet needs and at the same time helps me keep my dignity. My carers will take me out which I love and keeps me safe at all times. My husband has some respite time while I am being cared for which he is grateful for. Just having some one to talk to other than my husband is good. We cannot thank Acer Healthcare enough. Thank you.

Acer care provides me with regular/essential personal care.

Naturally, as a daughter, it falls on me to liaise with the office team at ACER who consistently respond within max 30 mins at all hours of the day with all care requests for example me changing dates, requirements and hours at the last minute. They make me feel a number one priority as a client which is very different to other agencies I have used where I almost felt like they were doing me a favour. Can honestly not fault the service I have received over the last 12 months and wish I had found them sooner.

The overall experience has been between satisfactory and good with the large number of carers, the treatment has ranged from just satisfactory to good with 1-2 being proactive while some have been reactive. This si the first care provider I have used so the rating reflects the fact that I do not have experience of other providers.

Acer Healthcare came to my family's rescue as a temporary care package was required for a few days last February for my mum, who suffers from dementia and then became a permanent package soon after. Mum refused the care at first and was very resistant, but the Care Manager and Carers have worked so closely with mum, and now she looks forward to their daily visits. They respect her needs to be as independent as possible and keep her safe, for which I cannot thank them enough. I am always kept informed of any issues or changes and feel fully supported, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care.

All good with the care, Mom is happy and content.

The service provided professional, compassionate staff who were meticulous in providing the care my husband needed. I always felt that they had my needs in mind as well as my husband's.

The care Mum has received has been wonderful, so kind, caring and always putting Mum's needs first. They have on a few occasions asked if I minded them handling Mum where necessary. Your carers are definitely first-class. My thanks go out to all of you.

Our mum went to hospital where she acquired a nasty tummy bug. She became extremely anxious and started having panic attacks, particularly at night. We could not be with her 24 hours a day so we employed Acer carers to be nighttime companions. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The two girls who shared the shifts were, caring, communicated with us so well, gave advice and became friends during this very difficult time. The managers were also easy to contact and we were easily able to extend the cover. I highly recommend Acer. They have been excellent.

Carers are prompt, professional and very polite. Care is excellent and personalised to my needs. Management is excellent, stepping in when needed. Any changes to my care plan are implemented quickly. Sensitive to my needs etc.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have been receiving. The standard of care and timekeeping is beyond our expectations. They are polite friendly and cannot be more helpful. My wife recently had an emergency requiring a bed change between visits, a quick call to the office and we were visited within an hour. So helpful when I did not know which way to turn. It makes you feel confident that there is someone to help if you have an emergency.

Very helpful and accommodating. Really kind when caring for my mum who is highly dependent on their help. Always leave the house in an immaculate condition. Pay close attention to detail and are really conscientious.
