The carer supported me with personal care from September 2024 to March 2025, mostly as a brilliant body double to help me tackle daily tasks I struggled to prioritise. I was new to Derby, away from home, and starting university - her calm, kind presence made all the difference.
She's professional, warm, and a great listener - I wouldn't have made it through my first term without her. Last but not least the carer helped me stay on top of my laundry and life admin, both tasks which had felt insurmountable without her!
