Conrad Andres is the Director and Nominated Individual. In his role, he provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of all regulated activities to ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in full compliance with CQC requirements. His background in occupational therapy and health and social care enables him to promote person-centred, outcome-focused support that enhances independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. As the Nominated Individual, he ensures that robust systems are in place for clinical governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the service.

Kirby Castilon, Registered Manager, is a qualified United Kingdom Registered Nurse (NMC, 2022) with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. In this role, he provides strong managerial leadership, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care under the regulated activity of Personal Care. He assesses, plans, and oversees the effective care for service users that is evidence-based and person-centred. He leads on governance, medication management, infection control, and risk assessment, maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and professional standards. His combined clinical expertise gained working in a hospital and management skills ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care that meets the individual needs of every person supported.
