Kirby Castilon, Registered Manager and Clinical Lead for Adults, is a qualified United Kingdom Registered Nurse (NMC, 2022) with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. In this role, he provides strong clinical and managerial leadership, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care under the regulated activity of Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury. He assesses, plans, and oversees treatment and care for adults with complex and varying health needs, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and person-centred. He leads on clinical governance, medication management, infection control, and risk assessment, maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and professional standards. His combined clinical expertise and management skills ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care that meets the individual needs of every person supported.
