We have had live in care for over 3 years for mum for her slow decline with Alzheimer's.
We were left without a carer in the autumn and so needed to find somebody quickly due to maxing our own sickness and carers leave with our own jobs.
From our initial call, to organising a visit and valued professional advice and then the carers arriving we can't fault a single thing.
The girls we have had looking after my mum, now with very advanced Alzheimer's have been an absolute breath of fresh air. They are gentle, patient, kind and attentive constantly. Mum looks immaculate as does her lovely home every day. We feel they look after her as we would ourselves which is wonderful.
They have managed mums tricky illness with respect and calmness both when offering full personal care and preparation and help with her meals. Everything has ran like clockwork and smiling faces have been so refreshing and brilliant for our mum.
We hope to continue with your team of carers who have been supportive and gentle always in order to respect mums wishes by letting her stay in her own home.
I would recommend your Janrose Care Services to anybody needing help with family and friends.
The service that was provided by Janros Care Services was exceptional and there has been communication and support from the management throughout. The staff working for us have been very kind, caring and she made sure that my wife is safe at all times. I would recommend Janros services to everyone needing care.
