City care have been providing live in care for my father for a month. Their care is very person-centred and the carers have been kind and humorous and I have felt very confident in their abilities to care for my dad. They attend to all needs in a very professional manner and communication is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, care is person-centred and any queries are dealt with swiftly. I am delighted with their care. Managers are excellent.

We were delighted to discover City Care Southwest when our elderly mother needed additional support at home. Both managers and carers were warm, friendly, caring and incredibly professional. They are very client focused and always showed the highest levels of care and respect toward my mother, who looked forward to seeing them each day. She built strong relationships with each and every one. The carers prepared meals, did any other jobs that needed doing, and most importantly of all provided friendship and companionship. They quickly knew and understood my mother well, including her sense of humour. They kept us well informed about her care each day and we were so glad to be able to trust and rely on them. They were a godsend and we recommend City Care without reservation.

City Care SouthWest goes above and beyond when they care for my Mum. She is always full of praise and stories from her outings with them. I know she's safe and well looked after by them and she's always happy after seeing anyone from the team. They're all a good laugh, completely trustworthy and go out of their way to make sure they're supporting my Mum but also us as a family!

Very good service. The girls are always very polite and do their job with every care and show my wife a lot of care and dignity. They have always been on time and nothing is too much trouble for them. They also enquire as to how I'm managing. All of them have told me to be aware of my own health and they really do care about the detail.

We have had our 1st monthly review, which my mother with vascular dementia and Alzheimer's, found confusing, but the care manager calmly repeated and explained the same several times and managed to reassure her. This made me feel happy and assured in the knowledge that my mum is in safe and capable hands.
