I have been a client of Equator services for a while now, I cant thank them enough for the incredible support they provide, they help me with wide range of daily tasks, and the standard of care is consistently exceptional,
They assist me with personal care, medication support , doing my shopping and meals preparation . they also make sure my flat is always clean,
Care givers are always punctual, warm and friendly.
They feel more like extended family than just service providers

Overall Experience
A very good service, accommodating to all needs and caring to the service user. You can really see their good character when speaking to them and how they communicate with the service user. My son always comes home with a smile or accomplished and everything is met to his personal needs. They are always sending me updates too making me feel happy to know what he is up to daily. They show dedication and professionalism throughout. Special thanks to Priscillah for her support! I truly appreciate all the effort and attention given to my son.
