Overall Experience
Our experience with Emma and her team at GoodOaks Homecare has been exceptional.
They have been looking after mum since January and everyone is so lovely, kind, reliable and well trained.
We would especially like to thank Emma, who on a visit found mum had fallen and quickly arranged an ambulance whilst keeping her safe and us fully informed.
Having GoodOaks helping us with mum has taken away a lot of our worries, and given us peace of mind

that she is being very well cared for.

Overall Experience

This has been the first time that my wife and I have used a home care service. Despite initial trepidation, I have been most impressed with the service from first engagement to home visits. The office staff are very approachable and efficient. The home visits have worked well too. The staff are most professional yet personable and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I cannot recommend GoodOaks Homecare more highly. They have been professional and caring to our needs from our initial call to them last year.

Since coming home from hospital with the 24 hour carer mum is no longer anxious and has started eating and drinking again. Mum has become totally reliant on her carer and we are extremely happy with the care mum is receiving.

My Father has been a client of GoodOaks for two months now, and we are very happy with the carers who come. They treat my father with dignity, are punctual & are very kind. My father has speech problems & the carers all know how to communicate with him. It's such peace of mind to know he is being well looked after when we are not around.

I do feel compelled to write a review for GoodOaks, in recognition of the excellent service I have received. I contacted them in January 2025 to arrange companion care for my father on his return home from respite care. I wanted someone to be with my father for the whole day while I was out at work.
Firstly, GoodOaks were one of the few service providers who could provide this service and in addition, they were the only ones who could guarantee that it would be the same person for the duration of the day.
They visited and assessed within 48 hours, matched Dad with the best companion and were able to start the following week.
The companion they matched Dad with was perfect. My father is so bonded with her and she has really added value to his life. For context, he's bedridden with vascular dementia and frailty.
Yes, they may appear expensive per hour but there are no hidden fees that other agencies add, so the price you are quoted is what you pay.

Overall Experience

The team at GoodOaks Homecare Epsom treated my mother with the utmost respect. Over the time they were her carers, her care needs changed significantly and Goodoaks adapted accordingly. They organized for her to have a hospital bed as things changed also an air mattress for her comfort. My mother became very fond of all her carers at Goodoak. I highly recommend the whole team and I am very grateful for the care and attention they showed my mother. Thank you all.

An elderly relative, aged 92, had recently deteriorated in her ability to be able to care for herself at home. Contact was made with Age UK Banstead who provided a list of care companies that might be able to assist. The only one who picked up and was able to assist was GoodOaks Homecare.
She had been unwilling to accept care previously but realised that this was now necessary. It was critical that an early solution be found and GoodOaks was brilliant at responding both extremely quickly and also providing the solution required. A day after the initial contact the two managers from GoodOaks met with her, her daughter and others. This was followed by the agreed care package starting the following morning, less than 48 hours since the initial contact, absolutely amazing, thank you to them both.
The care being provided is first class with excellent continuity of carers.

We cannot recommend GoodOaks enough as they have left us feeling that she is in good hands and her needs are catered for.
