From the very first contact with Good Oaks, they have been swift, efficient and client centred, always responding quickly to enquiries. I feel comforted that my mother is having very very good care on their visits. The care workers have lovely conversations with my mother, they use kindness and humour to help her low mood in the mornings. It was noticed that my mum might be starting a pressure sore and I was advised to make a referral and how to do that. The two carers we have had have been very professional and we have had the same person most visits which is fantastic.

Since coming home from hospital with the 24 hour carer mum is no longer anxious and has started eating and drinking again. Mum has become totally reliant on her carer and we are extremely happy with the care mum is receiving.

The team at GoodOaks Homecare Epsom treated my mother with the utmost respect. Over the time they were her carers, her care needs changed significantly and Goodoaks adapted accordingly. They organized for her to have a hospital bed as things changed also an air mattress for her comfort. My mother became very fond of all her carers at Goodoak.
