EliteNurse Home Support Services

We have been using EliteNurse Home Support Services since August 2024, after my nonagenarian Uncle realised that he needed more care, and support, to remain independent at home. EliteNurse was one of four providers who were approached initially. The team are responsive and respectful to the needs of my uncle. The EliteNurse team has been providing home support, we have noticed that despite my uncle's increasing age and frailty, his overall condition and well-being have improved. We would recommend EliteNurse, it's a thoughtful, caring, communicative, supportive and helpful team.

Warm, reliable and trustworthy, polite, friendly and warmhearted. We have a good relationship. Also they observe a very good hygiene code.

They take good care of both my dad and mum in a respectful but friendly manner always.

Care for my mother (91, confused, housebound, always a day-time appointment involving washing/changing/feeding and companionship) has always been very good as far as I am aware. She has nearly always been in a settled and happy mood when the visit is over. I cannot think of any shortcomings that I have noticed. I am giving four stars for every category, and not five, not because I have any reservations about the care that Elite Nurse has provided, but just because I want to reserve five stars for exceptional care e.g. reacting to an emergency or an unforeseen problem, and so far that hasn't been tested. I would certainly recommend this company.

Making sure that I was ok. Always being available. Helping me with walking outside. Very helpful and easy to talk about my health issues. Will always recommend to other people who need help. Helping me with tasks around the house. Treating me with respect and dignity.
