My late Mum recieved excellent care from the Delight team for 6 months .
Her visits provided exceptional care and emotional support when she needed it the most also humour and fun which my Mum loved very much .
The team made Mums last months and days comfortable and dignified .

All my communications were acknowledged swiftly and actioned accordingly the management team would often call me and visit Mum to ensure we were happy and content with the care package. Forever grateful to Delight Care team .

Overall Experience

Well all my carers were amazing, so kind and helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. I do miss then coming in, we had lots of laughs, which is good. Thank you so much for all your loving care.

Overall Experience

All carers extremely kind; they all have different ways of caring but after several visits it's easy to get into some sort of routine. They are very easy to chat to so there is no feeling of embarrassment. Office staff often seems to alter things after arrangements have been made for times of visits that suit.

The service provides me with the help I need. Have asked for earlier morning visits but so far nothing available.
