All my communications were acknowledged swiftly and actioned accordingly the management team would often call me and visit Mum to ensure we were happy and content with the care package. Forever grateful to Delight Care team .

All carers extremely kind; they all have different ways of caring but after several visits it's easy to get into some sort of routine. They are very easy to chat to so there is no feeling of embarrassment. Office staff often seems to alter things after arrangements have been made for times of visits that suit.

The service provides me with the help I need. Have asked for earlier morning visits but so far nothing available.
