Well all my carers were amazing, so kind and helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. I do miss then coming in, we had lots of laughs, which is good. Thank you so much for all your loving care.

All carers extremely kind; they all have different ways of caring but after several visits it's easy to get into some sort of routine. They are very easy to chat to so there is no feeling of embarrassment. Office staff often seems to alter things after arrangements have been made for times of visits
that suit.

The service provides me with the help I need. Have asked for earlier morning visits but so far nothing available.
