Fabulous care provider.My dad receives top class care which enables him to remain safe, well and happy in his own home. Clare communicates regularly and her staff are kind and respectful to my Dads needs. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend the company.

I called Clare for help last August. I was caring for my father (87) who had been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. I can't praise them enough. They were compassionate, empathetic, professional, caring, respectful all whilst being so friendly. They made the most awful time for us a lot easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. First class with honours.

The Care Professionals are providing care to my elderly parents. We initiated this with some trepidation as we didn't know what to expect. In the initial meeting the manager took time to understand our situation fully. She made many helpful suggestions for how things could be set up and everything has worked perfectly since. I was concerned about my parents' complex medication but the Care Professionals got this organised very efficiently and it runs like clockwork. The Care Professionals are also making a hot lunch daily - it's cooked on the spot using fresh ingredients we buy. My parents are invited to give input to menu choices and, where they wish to, have been involved with some of the preparation. The Care Professionals are an amazing team - without exception they are very kind, trustworthy, focused, and on top of their job. With online access to their notes of each visit I am kept fully informed. They have exceed all expectations and I recommend them without hesitation.

Great service provided by a wonderful team of carers. They get Mum up in the morning and make sure she is washed and dressed and ready for the day. Mum who has Alzheimer's lives with us and this just helps by letting us lead as normal a life as possible

I have been using The Care Professionals to care for my Mum & Dad (late 90s) who live independently at home but need some extra help. I can't recommend this company enough! every member of staff is wonderful and I have complete confidence in them all. Clare came out to meet us before setting up the care package and set up a rota for us straight away. They call in three times a day to give medication and to cook the most excellent home made lunch and are always on time ! We also have an app that gives a detailed report of every visit which is really helpful. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and efficient care company, look no further!

My mother lives in sheltered accommodation but needs some assistance first thing in the mornings with washing and dressing and generally getting ready for the day ahead. She looks forward to her daily visit from the carer and they have been invaluable in helping her to remaining in sheltered housing rather than needing to transfer her to a full care home. The carers are always extremely helpful and friendly and genuinely care about my mother and the service they provide. Any request I make to the company is always well received and acted upon and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need some support for a loved one.

My mum became ill after Christmas 2024. She became bed bound after returning home from a long stay in hospital, so relied on carers, friends and family to visit her. I knew of The Care Professionals personally and we enlisted their help for re-enablement purposes for my Mum. Mum spent time in and out of hospital during the last months of her life but in the weeks that she was at home, she had several visits from The Care Professionals. She really looked forward to her visits and aswell as giving mum light exercise to do, mum enjoyed the social aspect of the visit more than the exercises. Heartfelt thanks go out to the staff for all your help.

I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing team of Carers. They provided professional, friendly support to my 94 year old Mum. They were always available and supported me with any questions, and reassured every step of the way with Mum' s care. Mum called her Carers her friends and quickly settled into a routine looking forward to the next visit. I had peace of mind that Mum was receiving the best care possible. Thank you all so much.

The manager has assembled a super team of reliable, professional and very caring staff who make daily evening visits (and 4 mornings per week) to see my 91-year-old Mum provide not only trained practical help with her personal care but also social and emotional support to allay her long-term anxiety and other challenging Parkinson's Disease symptoms. The Team seems to have achieved the perfect balance that their name suggests, of top-class support professionally, respectfully and truly caringly delivered. We feel blessed to have them so involved in Mum's life. Thank You.

As I write this review, my eyes are filling up with tears, with the wonderful kindness, the wonderful care, and the wonderful heartwarming emotional support, as these absolute amazing ladies have filled my life with utter joy, as I gave a loved one that same loveliness as I am receiving now, because my personal life now is just like a beautiful summer day, and this is how these kind ladies have changed it around completely, if only I could pull down the stars in summer sky for each of them, which I certainly would, as this is also how I am feeling now, which is just like a flower in bloom, because of the precious help and support from these incredible ladies, as they have transformed me, from how I was feeling then, to how I am now, as I will never be alone in my life ever again. So, thank you ladies for your lovely patience and understanding with me, as I can't rush around now, so once again, I thank you so much bless all of you, as you are all exceptionally professional.

Mum was struggling with a shoulder injury and sciatica and needed help on a daily basis with lifting, hanging up washing, changing sheets and other similar jobs. Care Professionals came daily for half an hour and made a huge difference to her self-confidence. She has now recovered sufficiently not to need them for the time being. However, she and her family are very happy to have found and met the empathetic, friendly, professional and 'can do' manager of the Care Professionals and her carefully selected team of 'ladies' because we now know where to turn when Mum finds herself needing more assistance in years to come. Mum is 89. Many thanks to all.

Having just recently started to have a carer to visit my mum, I was a little apprehensive. However, I didn't need to worry. Her care has been amazing. Her main carer is always happy and enters the house with a big smile and a warm greeting which puts my mum at ease. I cannot fault her! Thank you.

The Care Professionals were a godsend and helped us at very short notice. From the first meeting, the manager and her team provided an amazing service supporting our mother and the family. Coming from a nursing background, they are adept, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable, which is reassuring. Although sadly we only had their help for a short time, their level of professionalism is obvious and, we feel, a cut above the rest. We highly recommend The Care Professionals.
