Our care started in January and finished in July and during this time I have found all staff to be very friendly, caring, efficient and helpful. As my partner was sent home from hospital with an end of life package this was very unexpected and a traumatic time for us and we didn't know what to expect. I was wanting to do the caring myself but realised I would need help and it was difficult to accept. However I was put at ease by the very caring staff and it helped us both through this difficult time and I came to look forward to them coming , not just for the help but for their care of us both. I knew he was in safe hands and that meant a lot. I would not have managed without them, so a big thank you to you all. With his determination snd all the help given by the carers and various NHS staff he gained in strength snd although now getting a little frailer again he is still with us and made it to a special birthday! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company .

We recently used your agency staff to care for my husband during the day and also sat with him all night so that I could sleep. I cannot rate each one highly enough.
