Superior Healthcare cared for my dad who was bed bound and palliative. I cannot have asked for better carers. All the carers were kind and gentle with dad, they looked after him with respect and shared a joke with him, as dad enjoyed. As dad's care needs became more complex, Superior Healthcare assisted
by visiting more frequently each day, eventually leading to live-in care at short notice. They also supported my mum who was living in the same house. The carers notified myself if I needed to be aware of anything and contacted the district or palliative nurses if dad's needs required. At the end of dad's life, the carers were there with him and my mum and supported the family. I will never forget the kindness that they showed, going above and beyond their duty. They genuinely cared about my dad and it enabled him to spend his last years in his own home and not in a hospice or care home. Our family are very grateful.

Superior Healthcare and I have been working together for over six months, following a fall, with subsequent hospital admission. I am extremely happy with the home care they have provided. They are very supportive, both physically and mentally, and are flexible when it comes to accommodating changing
needs. I had been looking for a less formal and more intimate care company and have definitely found that with Superior Healthcare.
