I am next of kin to the client who has been with Nationwide Care since coming out of hospital after a replacement hip operation in July 2025. The service he is receiving is second to none. The organisation is most profesional and really proactive with everything they are doing. Absolutely nothing
appears to be too much trouble. They are kind and caring. The staff are always welcoming and have a smile on their faces. Their client is of the uppermost priority and he is now so happy and settled. Thank you Nationwide Care for everything you do.

I am one of the co-trustees for the resident (60y), who has no family whatsoever and who had been under the care of another organisation until he fell in his room and broke his hip. My co-trustee and i had been complaining for years about the poor care he was receiving but our complaints fell of deaf
ears. After hospitalisation and having been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's, a new home for him was sought with assistance where he would have care 24/7.
We are delighted with the resident's progress since he is with Nationwide. He is clean, well fed, and never alone. He has a lovely room, with TV, electronic tablet and all the mod cons he loves. The transition was ever so easy, management organised a bbq with other residents to welcome him into the home. Staff are caring and patient, management waste no time in arranging medical appointments, and organising activities for him. It's a person centred approach, with paramount importance given to safeguarding. We are so happy!!

Nationwide Care have a wonderful team of people who genuinely care for their clients. I have used their services for my father-in-law and right from the carers who are looking after him to the management team; they have been phenomenal. The carers are very understanding and establish a good bond with
their clients. They go over and beyond the call of duty and do everything that they can to ensure that their clients are looked after. The team are always willing to accommodate any special requirements that we have at very short notice. Thank you Nationwide Care for the excellent service.

I have found Nationwide Care us the most supportive and caring company I have ever known.
The staff are kind, and caring and they look after my daughter and all the other people.
The staff are there to be on hand all the time.
Best company in the county.
The management are on top of their game and

My son was the first person to move into the Dollis Park premises of Nationwide Care (Finchley) Ltd, back in September 2020, during the pandemic.
He and I had decided that he should move there, as a result of various visits we had made, including a sleepover, when we had been made most welcome by the
staff and the management. We were also very impressed by the lovely building and the immaculate state in which it was kept, which was so very different from the dreadful place he was then living in.
Since then, he and I have never regretted this decision, as he has really flourished there.
He has lost weight, as a result of the improvement in his diet and exercise, and his whole personality has altered for the better.
I really feel that he has found his long-term home, and believe that they will care for him, for as long as he needs them.
I really believe that the care offered by Nationwide Care (Finchley) Ltd is the benchmark, by which other care providers ought to be measured.

My daughter has been with Nationwide for the past 18 months. One very positive thing about living in their accommodation is that she is never lonely. Unlike before when she was given a flat with different carers living in. Unfortunately, her room is unusually small. Her posture, when sat on the bed,
causes back pain, because a comfortable chair cannot fit in her room. Nationwide are doing their best to see if a solution can be found, as per the GP's recommendation. Other than that, she is happy there and considers it as a home away from home.

Nationwide took over care for my brother more than a year ago, he is happy and well cared for and my experiences with them have only been positive. They are caring, proactive and have a great team of carers and managers/admin/support. It is reassuring to know he is in such competent and caring hands.

My son is 30 with Lowe Syndrome and has spent just over a year in Nationwide Care full-time supported living in residential care. The care and accommodation are excellent and he loves his new home and family. The staff are professional and provide both friendship, care, humor and communication of the
highest standard, supporting him with his hobbies and activities, travelling to activities, family visits, away days and holidays. Nationwide Care set the standard for other institutions to follow.

Nationwide Care is one of the best caregivers I have ever come across. My son moved from another service to Nationwide and has been with Nationwide for the past three years and I cannot fault the management and staff. They are like family. My son is very happy and well taken care of. I don’t have to
worry too much about his welfare. If there are any issues, just a phone call and everything is resolved. We as a family are very pleased with Nationwide as a care provider.

My son has been with Nationwide Care for nearly two years now and he is so happy there and because he is happy that makes me happy. Nationwide Care is more like family, taking the utmost care of my brother. The attention to detail in looking after him is not like anything I’ve seen before prior to my brother joining supported living (in the past he spent time in respite care). They truly understand my brother’s needs and he is abundantly
happy as a result. From the care he receives to the admin support and communication, I have peace of mind he is looked after to the highest standards.

My brother has been a Nationwide Care supported living service user for the past eighteen months, after relocating from a different area of the country. The support and care that he has received has been fantastic, with staff and management ensuring that he is well looked after in all respects. His
overall health and wellbeing have markedly improved which is largely down to the attention to lifestyle factors that Nationwide staff have given. The living accommodation provided by Nationwide is very good and well-maintained, and meals are varied and nutritious. Staff also provide support with activities and social events which help to provide a full and active life.

I am delighted with the care my son receives at Nationwide. The staff are always well briefed regarding my son's foibles! They try really hard to make him happy at all times. His days are busy and fun-packed. His home is clean and tidy at all times and he eats nutritionally healthy and tasty food at
all times. The management take great care to listen carefully to my son and his next of kin. All suggestions are listened to sympathetically. Nationwide Care provide a happy, safe home for my precious son.
