The care the carers have given has gone above and beyond.
Always very caring, showed compassion & dignity at all times.
Nothing was too much trouble to the carers.

My husband has complex needs and can be a difficult client; not his fault, but the nature of his illness.
I was turned down by two agencies without even a discussion taking place, but was accepted by Axis care.
Well God must have been on my side!
This agency is amazing.
I was emailed and asked for details of my husband's care requirements; his likes and his dislikes, his abilities or otherwise etc.
The carer came to see me and to meet my husband and to further discuss our needs.
Two carers attended my husband for a twelve hour shift and they were both exemplary.
First of all, kindness and understanding and respect was in abundance.
Secondly, they knew exactly what to do; completely and utterly professional.
Lastly, they went above and beyond.
I told them to leave all the laundry to me but no, it was a beautiful, sunny day so they washed and dried all of the dirty bed linen too.

I've been a carer in a professional capacity; believe me, these are the best, and I will be back!

Axis have provided excellent care and service to my mam for a while now .. All carers treat my mam with excellent care and respect and dignity. I don't live near by to my mam so when I'm not with her I have peace of mind knowing Axis care are there to support her in the best way which gives me peace of mind . From the carers to management they are all so lovely . Thank you Axis care ..

Overall Experience
Great service from the team. The staff are always polite and helpful.
The team are punctual and reliable and gives notice if there are any issues e.g. calling ahead during bad weather (snow) to advise will be a bit late (to be expected, as the road conditions were very poor.

The care coordinator is proactive and always available to discuss any concerns or issues.

Overall Experience

Overall the care given was outstanding. Your carers were so thoughtful and respectful towards my mum. They were always so friendly and very happy. My mum was complex but your staff took onboard everything I discussed with them what needed to be done on a daily basis. They were very empathetic and showed concern when things were not right with Mum, sadly Mum passed away but I was grateful that you gave her the best care she so well deserved.

Overall Experience
Axis Care Group were contracted to care for my Grandad when he needed end-of-life care at home. Every member of staff that attended was very caring and professional, always smiling, happy and considerate of my Grandads needs.

Staff would drop me a text or call should they need anything or leave a little note. They were excellent at personal care and hygiene, general tidying and even laundry. Fantastic carers and company and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Friendly, helpful, efficient, and most importantly reliable. I'm completing this with my dad who sees the carers daily, who care for my mam and the ratings are his. From my perspective, I had 100% piece of mind when my dad needed to go to hospital as the care group provided immediate overnight care for a few nights.

My dad's carers are so friendly. helpful and caring. He is well looked after and his home is always clean and tidy. I'm kept up to date with all that is going on in my dad's life. They provide a great service.

Overall Experience

AXIS Care has been providing care for my Gran for a while now and has always been fabulous. The respect and dignity all of the carers have shown my Gran is amazing. In particular, I would like to say how outstanding a carer in particular is with communication in letting me know when my Gran is feeling unwell. An example of this is last Sunday morning when my Gran became unwell and that carer alerted me to this and stayed longer than scheduled to sit with her whilst I travelled to my Gran as I do not live close by. That carer had to at some point go to her other clients so kindly arranged for another carer to sit with my Gran until I arrived. The other carer kindly sat with my Gran reassuring her until I arrived. A shining example of 2 carers going above and beyond for their clients and the client's families. I can't thank them enough and know my gran is in safe hands with this company. I highly recommend them.

Your staff have been polite and kind.
They help me get in and out my shower and hold me tight so I don't fall. They help me dry my hair and help me get dressed.

They always ask me if there is anything else they can do. I asked them to put the towels in my washing machine. Your staff that I have met have done everything I ask them. They are a credit to your company.

Carers are kind and sympathetic to my husband who suffers from dementia. They are polite and cheerful when they arrive. The company check with me regularly to make sure I am happy with their service and always ask if there is anything they could do better.

Overall Experience

The carers have been visiting my dad 4 times a day for the last 6 months approximately. They have all been very kind to him, even when he is being more challenging! He has had no complaints when asked how he is getting along with them. My sister and I are happy with the care he is receiving and we are kept up to date on any issues as/if they arise. They have all been receptive to any small issues that we may have had and they have been quickly resolved.

A carer accompanies my husband to his Parkinson's support group exercise class. The carer is efficient and always on time. My husband enjoys the class and the carer looks after him well. We are happy with the service.

Overall Experience

I have used this care company for my father since February this year 2024. I deliberately have not posted a review until they had worked with Dad for a little while so I could give an honest review of the care that he has received and is still receiving. The staff look after my father like he is their own. They help him with everything and nothing is too much trouble. The staff never rush my dad everything is done at my dad's speed and a job is never left half-done. I cannot sing their praises enough Dad and I are so happy and grateful and as my dad's carer I am so pleased I have these people to help and support both me and my dad.
