I have only good things to say about Juniva. My mum so looks forward to their visits. They not only perform their duties professionally, but always with a genuine level of care and friendship. She appreciates the chat and banter she has with her carers. Judith is an excellent role model and if a new carer is being introduced (eg for holiday cover), she is ensures that the new carer has a full and thorough induction to my mums needs. My mum and I are so grateful for Juniva.

The care and support my mum and dad receive from Juniva is really good. The staff treat them with respect and are all very friendly and helpful. Whenever there have been are any small issues regarding any staff or aspect of care, it has been raised either by my mum or myself and Judith has ensured these are dealt with appropriately. I feel Judith genuinely cares about my mum and dad and their wellbeing and takes steps to ensure they are looked after and safe in their house whilst at the same time allowing them to have as much independence as is possible . Judith is approachable and I feel I could go to her with any issues that may arise and I know my mum feels the same. This provides me with a good sense of comfort.

It is with all this in mind that I am able after every visit I make I am able to get in my car and drive home knowing mum is getting excellent care and that is such a comfort.

My wife now requires care four times per day after she was discharged from hospital on 5th September and it was important to have reliable/capable carers. She had carers previously who could not be relied upon to turn up within the designated time frame and there invariably was a different face and often I would have to clear up after them. Juniva were recommended to me as carers and I have certainly not regretted in having them provide support for my wife. The manager impressed me from the outset and the carers have all been excellent in a professional/capable/friendly way and have always arrived at designated times. They always treat my wife with respect and the carers who attend her have become 'kent' faces. Certainly will continue to have Juniva providing care for her.

The manager was a wonderful carer to my mother. Not only was she warm, caring attentive, she also became, in the most difficult times, a confidante, and a rock that we could lean on. Her support for us continued after mum went into a care home. Truly, we feel blessed to have known her and I would recommend her without hesitation.

My family have confidence in the service and take comfort from this in supporting mum at home.

After Dad suffered two strokes, we needed dependable, compassionate care, and the manager has been nothing short of exceptional. Dad says she is "Top of The Pops!" and also that she's "superb; absolutely perfect" - high praise indeed from someone who can be very exacting and particular in the sorts of ways in which he likes to be treated! The manager has taken time to understand Dad's specific needs and preferences, providing personal care with dignity and respect. From prompting medication, meal preparation, offering to help with showering and shaving (and helping him brush his teeth); such daily visits give peace of mind to the family and what sets the manager apart is her genuine companionship. Dad feels comfortable with her, and their compatibility makes all the difference to his quality of life. As his care needs evolve, we're confident Juniva will continue adapting their support. For anyone seeking personalised, compassionate care at home, I wholeheartedly recommend the manager and her team.

When we looked for new care team for my friend, she was anxious and worried as she doesn't like change. The first meeting was an assessment of her needs with the manager and she was instantly at ease, as the manager took the time to listen and understand her needs. Juniva has now been in place for 3 months and she is so happy with the service and feels in control and involved in the care she receives. Thank you to the manager and team.

Myself and my sister have had complete peace of mind since Juniva has been looking after our mum. Juniva are a warm friendly helpful professional company. They are always in touch with any updates or progress with our mum. They now feel like part of our family and have a lovely relationship with our mum, she really looks forward to her visits.
