Overall Experience

When we looked for new care team for my friend, she was anxious and worried as she doesn't like change. The first meeting was an assessment of her needs with the manager and she was instantly at ease, as the manager took the time to listen and understand her needs. Juniva has now been in place for 3 months and she is so happy with the service and feels in control and involved in the care she receives. Thank you to the manager and team.

New care company for parent. Happy with service and care given. Carers very pleasant and professional and good at encouraging where needed to deliver the care needed to make sure all needs taken care of with dignity and compassion.

Overall Experience

Myself and my sister have had complete peace of mind since Juniva has been looking after our mum. Juniva are a warm friendly helpful professional company. They are always in touch with any updates or progress with our mum. They now feel like part of our family and have a lovely relationship with our mum, she really looks forward to her visits. We have seen a big difference in our mum she is much happier and more content after her visits. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We feel very lucky to have found them and can't thank them enough.

The manager and team are very efficient and great at what they do. They get a certain member of staff to care for and cater to all of my mum's needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else who requires personal care services.
