The first clean was done by a particular member of staff and was a 2-hour clean, she was amazing and I was very satisfied. However, the 2nd cleaning was done by another lady and I was extremely disappointed. The cobwebs on the corners were still there. I had drilled into the wall in the toilet to install a new toilet roll holder. There was brick dust on the floor and mats. She took the mats outside to shake them but never cleaned the brick dust on the floor.

I have cancelled the cleaning mainly because I am struggling financially and also because I was concerned about the standards.
