Overall Experience
As a brand new user of care services I feel I must say that EVERY CARER I've had visit me are absolutely amazing. And I'm proud to be able to say that they are not carers they are friends who really care about me as a person not just a job. And without their support I couldn't cope with the difficulties of day-to-day life that I'm constantly experiencing. But I'm able to be be independent but know there is someone who actually cares about how I am.

Overall Experience
My mum greatly values the regular care visits and the quality of services provided by Derbyshire Community Care Ltd. As a family, we feel reassured and comfortable knowing that she is being closely monitored with her well-being as a priority. The staff are always punctual, caring, and professional. I have observed them on many occasions and have been impressed by the consistent quality of care delivered. We truly appreciate the excellent support provided to our family
