I contacted Safehands Recruitment to provide live-in care for my mother. The four ladies they provided gave excellent friendly care to my mother during her last 5-6 weeks at home. My mother never wanted to go into a nursing home, preferring to stay at home if at all possible. The family are so grateful that her wishes were fulfilled. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. They also gave a great deal of support as well, during a difficult time.
Thank you for the lovely review Phil. We are honoured and pleased that we were able to support your Mum with her final wishes. She truly was a fantastic and formidable lady. Best wishes to you and your family.
I have a consistent approach from what they say and what they do they have always been honest and easy to talk to.
The managers are quiet friendly and open minded and I have had this same experience from all of the support team that help me.
I have a consistent helpful and friendly team who are very understanding they often do a lot of extra things to help me in my home.
I feel valued , listened too and heard which are all on my most important list.
Overall I feel that I highly recommend Safehands as I feel safe
I have had care from other companies who I have not had such great support with and now feel the care I receive is perfect. I feel like I'm part of a family.
