Bluebird Care (Guildford, Godalming and Surrey Health)

Bluebird Care were able to arrange a carer for my father at short notice. The carer has been fantastic - looking after all my father's personal care needs and always finding ways to keep him active and engaged throughout the day so that my mother can have some respite and time to herself. Dealings with the office team have been easy and efficient.

Great service, good communication and I have found that are prepared to go the extra mile to help with supporting my mother. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable and professional carer to look after a loved one.

Very good attention to patient and helpfull. It is a great shame that so many different shower ladies attend rather than a regular group. Most patients with illness prefer a regular face or faces to look after them.

Good communication with the carers. Updates of daily care has been excellent office communication very good as well. My mum is happy with the care she has received. With consistent carers she has a friendly rapport with them.

The care that my father has received has been excellent. When he first came out of hospital they made sure they put him at ease so straight away he felt secure. I can't speak highly enough as that made my life much easier knowing dad was in capable hands.

Returning from hospital after a complete mental and physical breakdown - caused mainly by my wife's agressive dementia in our house in Hampton, Middlesex, I arrived at my faughters' house in Ripley in a state of total confusion, with the help of Guildford Bluebird Care, and my two daughters, I am now recovering well, and able to cope with minimum assistance. I continue to improve my self-confidence and ability.

Our experience of Bluebird (Guildford Godalming and Surrey Heath) has been exceptional from the moment I made the first call hoping a care package could be put in place within a couple of days so my mother could leave hospital and it was. The two carers were so skilled, helpful and kind and put my mother totally at ease - we are so grateful. Management was always responsive and totally committed to supporting us - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this service enough. Thank you to you all.

The staff have been professional, patient, supportive to the client and the family keeping us informed at all times. They have all ways attended on time and met the clients needs and wishes. The client looks forward to their visits.

My father found it difficult at first having to bring carers in to help him after having a couple of severe falls.

We have found all the carers that have come from Bluebird to very professional and caring - we have used live in care and now have daily carers as my husband has improved. Also the everyone has been very flexible and helpful as we have had to adjust the care. I know my husband is safe when I have leave him to go to work. Management have also been very helpful and do regular check ins with us to make sure everything is going well.

I look forward to them arriving and find them friendly and obliging.

Bluebird Care provided care for my 97 year old mother who expressed her gratitude to me for the exceptional care provided by 3 staff members in particular. Their dedication has made a positive difference to my mother. I would also like to thank another staff member who is very proactive and at short notice arranged overnight care when needed.

From our very first contact with Bluebird Care, we were impressed by their efficiency, empathy and professionalism. The carers themselves are lovely and provide a service to my husband which not only meets his physical but also emotional needs. They are warm and friendly and perform their tasks brilliantly while always being prepared to go the extra mile. They are backed up by a service which I cannot fault. We are given a weekly schedule in advance and if any change becomes necessary, we are notified of this also well in advance. My husband has a core group of four carers so that even in the event of sickness or holiday, he will always know the carer coming to him. There are regular reviews of the service so if there were any problems they could be addressed and my daughters, who live a distance away, appreciate the fact that they can have access to the carers' notes online. I have found both the carers and management very supportive and the management very accessible.

We have engaged Bluebird Care to care for a good friend and they have been absolutely fantastic. The carers are delightful and very caring. However, special mention must be made of two staff members in particular. There have been many challenges to overcome and these staff members are always at the end of the phone and always offer help and possible solutions. They have never let us down when we require help and advice. They are an absolute godsend and we couldn't manage without them. Thank you so much.

My friend is suffering from lack of mobility and her life has become very much easier and happier now that she receives daily visits from Bluebird Care. The carers are punctual, kind and caring. The whole team at Bluebird Care are extremely helpful and my friend really looks forward to the daily visits.
