My mother finds the carers very pleasant and obliging.
Access to the Bluebird system allows us to read the carers' notes and advise mum on any changes to the visiting schedule.
Any important issues are notified to us by phone as well as being included in the notes.
Mum has taken surprisingly well
to having carers visit which is down to the staff.

My father and I have always found all carers to be kind, considerate and thoughtful.
Always arrive on time.
My father found it difficult at first having to bring carers in to help him after having a couple of severe falls.

We have found all the carers that have come from Bluebird to very professional and caring - we have used live in care and now have daily carers as my husband has improved. Also the everyone has been very flexible and helpful as we have had to adjust the care. I know my husband is safe when I have
leave him to go to work. Management have also been very helpful and do regular check ins with us to make sure everything is going well.

From our very first contact with Bluebird Care, we were impressed by their efficiency, empathy and professionalism. The carers themselves are lovely and provide a service to my husband which not only meets his physical but also emotional needs. They are warm and friendly and perform their tasks brilliantly
while always being prepared to go the extra mile. They are backed up by a service which I cannot fault. We are given a weekly schedule in advance and if any change becomes necessary, we are notified of this also well in advance. My husband has a core group of four carers so that even in the event of sickness or holiday, he will always know the carer coming to him. There are regular reviews of the service so if there were any problems they could be addressed and my daughters, who live a distance away, appreciate the fact that they can have access to the carers' notes online. I have found both the carers and management very supportive and the management very accessible.

Bluebird Care look after my godfather and they have been nothing but exceptional. It's so lovely knowing that he is looked after so well and reassuring for me. From initial meeting with office staff through to the carers who support him. I know he adores them all and feels supported.

We have engaged Bluebird Care to care for a good friend and they have been absolutely fantastic. The carers are delightful and very caring. However, special mention must be made of two staff members in particular. There have been many challenges to overcome and these staff members are always at the
end of the phone and always offer help and possible solutions. They have never let us down when we require help and advice. They are an absolute godsend and we couldn't manage without them. Thank you so much.

My friend is suffering from lack of mobility and her life has become very much easier and happier now that she receives daily visits from Bluebird Care. The carers are punctual, kind and caring. The whole team at Bluebird Care are extremely helpful and my friend really looks forward to the daily visits.

A very pleasant young lady attended my mother while I had two weeks respite.
My mother - who has vascular dementia - clearly felt safe and secure with her. I was sorry to see her leave and would be absolutely delighted if in the coming months she could look after my mother again.
