I am currently doing my very best to get a new more efficient and competent care provider/service. So many mistakes regarding my tablets and dosage. The majority of carers are good but a few not so much. Would not recommend if your looking for a company to 'care' for family or a loved one.

However, wed like to clarify that we made several attempts to address your concerns by offering a visit from our management team, which unfortunately was not accepted. Additionally, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with all of our clients, and we were unable to continue providing our services after we encountered inappropriate language. Please understand that our goal is always to deliver quality care, and we are happy to discuss this further should you be willing to engage in a constructive conversation. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue to improve based on it.

Very pleased with the service which We Care You Plus is giving my mother in law. From meeting the Manager who introduced the carers. As the sole carer to my mother in law, I found it hard to let go. Any concerns the manager addressed quickly. The carers were very friendly and professional.

Finding the right home care agency for my dad was an important and stressful decision. However, I'm so grateful we found We Care You Plus. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. The care coordinator listened carefully to our needs and created a personalized care plan
that addressed all the requirements.
We were matched with a wonderful caregiver, who is not only professional and compassionate but also patient and kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure dad is comfortable and well-cared for. He even takes the time to engage in conversation and activities, which has greatly improved dad's mood and well-being.
Overall, we are incredibly happy with the care and support we have received from We Care You Plus. They have made a world of difference for our family, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home care services.
