With more than 5 years of Recruitment experience, I have had the privilege of getting to know and working closely with many very talented professionals throughout my career. I bring a deep understanding of recruitment processes, candidate selection, screening, and interviewing, and I understand the importance of an excellent candidate recruitment experience.

I joined Esme Blake Care Services to oversee and develop our Recruitment and Compliance processes to ensure that we bring on board the very best talent who are not only skilled but also align deeply with our core values of compassion and excellence, ensuring that all staff are fully compliant along the way.

My focus is on developing seamless recruitment and onboarding processes for Esme Blake staff, as well as continuing to foster a very positive work environment.

With over eight years of experience in Health and Social Care, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various areas of the sector. My career has included providing hands-on care to vulnerable adults and children, earning a diploma in Human Resources, and transitioning into my current role as Executive Assistant to the MD.

Throughout this journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges and demands of a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

As the Executive Assistant to the MD at Esme Blake, I manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level communications, and support strategic projects and meetings - all while ensuring the MD’s priorities are aligned, and day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

I’m passionate about being a central point of connection across the business and take pride in helping to keep everything moving efficiently.

With over 14 years of experience as a paediatric nurse, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of settings, including A&E, Neonatal Intensive Care, palliative and complex care in the community. Each role has helped shape my clinical skills and deepened my understanding of the many layers of child health.

What truly drives me is my passion for complex care in the community. I believe every child and family deserves more than just clinical support - they deserve a holistic support system that recognises and adapts to their unique needs.

As a Branch Nurse at Esme Blake, I am committed to managing the day-to-day operations of our care packages, ensuring that each client receives the highest quality support tailored to their individual requirements. My goal is to make a lasting impact on their lives by providing compassionate, coordinated, and expert care that empowers them on their journeys.

As the Deputy Branch Manager for Esme Blake, my goal is to combine my passion for care with my professional knowledge, ensuring that our service delivers excellence at every level.

With a background in both frontline care and emergency response, I bring a compassionate, calm, and well-rounded approach to my role as a Complex Care Coordinator. Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals with a wide range of complex needs across both community and home-based settings.

Before that, I spent three years as an emergency call handler - an experience that shaped my ability to stay composed under pressure, make fast yet thoughtful decisions, and communicate with empathy in times of crisis.

With over 9 years of experience as a qualified Children’s Nurse, I have dedicated my career to supporting children with complex needs and their families. From working in Special Care Baby Units to providing palliative and respite care, my focus has always been on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and making the most of every day.

In my role as a Branch Nurse, I work directly with families to support care packages within their homes. I ensure each child receives the safest, most effective care tailored to their unique needs. Whether I’m overseeing clinical standards, providing hands-on guidance, or simply being a reassuring presence, my goal is to make sure families feel confident and fully supported every step of the way.
