Since we have changed our care provider to Esme Blake, our son has been progressing so well, his carers are so professional and loving at the same time and we see this with him and our other children. All communication has been brilliant and the team has helped with making sure he has the correct medication,
equipment and medical appointments provided for him. Each carer that has been sent we have had a meet and greet first followed by shadow shifts so they can get to know our son and his routine, the training they have received has been amazing and very up to date with what our son needs.

We have regular communication with the office on any shift changes and updates I need to make concerning his care and medication changes. They have always filled shifts and found cover when I've needed extra help with our son whether he's at home or in hospital. We absolutely are over the moon with this agency and we are so grateful they are taking such amazing care of our son.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we have received since choosing Esme Blake to take over the care of my daughter. They have been professional, understanding and caring. You can tell they really care and love what they do. Nothing has been too little or too big. Communication has been great. I
would highly recommend it if you’re looking for an agency who goes above and beyond and has your child/family member at the centre of everything they do. Thank you Esme Blake.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Esme Blake Care Services Ltd is based on 2 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 = 3.5

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
