All good friendly staff can't do enough for me always on time sort my clothes & washing do my breakfast and dinner then tea on afternoon call and then back for my bed call I can almost set my clock very punctual

Finally any problem that may have occurred with the service have been dealt with Swiftly and satisfactory by the management which is greatly appreciated

Rebecca and her team cared for my uncle at his home . 3 visits a day . They were always polite caring showed dignity towards my uncle. Very proffesional and couldnt of made ir through the few difficult months without care and co .. 100% reccomend

The staff assigned to me have been wonderful and I'm very happy and grateful for them. Easy to get along with and always happy to help, they've never made me feel like a burden.

Every evening my mother has the company of her neighbour, but she will be going into hospital soon. Our carer said don't worry we can arrange to call in the evening on a temporary basis to make sure my mother isn't alone and get her ready for bed.

The care that was provided by Care and Co to my Aunt was of an extremely high standard . The care was supportive , dignified and compassionate at all times despite my Aunt having some quite challenging behaviour on occasions .The girls made her feel at ease and safe when she was with them . I can only say thank you for putting my mind at ease when I knew she was in such good hands .

I am really pleased with the level of care received from all the staff at Care & Co. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. They give all the due care and attention that my uncle needs. I would highly recommend to other service users.

Care and Co have been looking after my mum since September 2024. The girls are fantastic, just what mum needed. The communication between myself and them about Mum's care is just perfect. I wouldn't be without them.

We have been using Care & Co for dad's care for a few years now and have been very pleased with the quality of service provided. The staff are extremely friendly and have always provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend them.

Since Care and Co have looked after my mother (Summer 24) we have noted a marked improvement in her positive outlook. It has also been of great benefit to the family knowing my mother is getting the right level of support 3 times a day. All the Care and Co team have made a special effort to bond with my mother, to the point that she now really looks forward to the visits, where she was somewhat reticent at the beginning. In addition, we have been been thankful for the flexibility and understanding shown in support through holiday requirements etc. All in all we are very pleased with the care provided to date.

Great service, the team have been fantastic with my mum. Punctual, chirpy and firm (when required!). Have seen an improvement in mum's social awareness and overall appearance and outlook. More than happy with all the things that they are helping us out with.

Care and Co have been working alongside my mother since January. From the very first day to the present, they have gone above and beyond to help my mother in all aspects of her daily needs, from personal care to social care. Nothing is ever too much to ask of the girls. My mother has found so much happiness within this company and has been able to regain her confidence in her daily living. As a family, we have seen a massive improvement in my mothers well being and have care and co to thank for that. Care & Co (previously as Friends for You) have been helping us for more than four years. The carers are good people who put Mum first. They are so thoughtful, helpful, and trustworthy. We can rely on them to help Mum with anything she needs. Mum and I are so grateful that a friend of Mum's recommended Care & Co to us.

They've been looking after my wife for ages and I don't honestly know where we'd be without them. It's not just what they do, but how they do it. Flexible, adaptive and easy modern communication so we can work together as a team, rather than living with an imposed, rigid structure. We're very lucky to be with them and I heartily recommend them to anyone.
