Using this service has been life changing for me. Help with medication and tasks I'd usually struggle with have drastically improved my welfare.


I'm Always treated with care and respect. Flexible hours with great communication that provides help and support that works around you.


The staff assigned

to me have been wonderful and I'm very happy and grateful for them. Easy to get along with and always happy to help, they've never made me feel like a burden.

My mother has vascular dementia plus other illnesses that were causing depression. The carers started last November and my mother loves them all. They have been a great help to me also. It is so good to know my mother is in safe hands when I am not there. They make her feel special, making her the
food she likes and chatting to her all the time. They will even call at the chippy for fish and chips if that's what she wants. They get her washed and dressed daily. This takes the pressure off me and the rest of my family. Until they started I found managing everything stressful, but with their help, life is better for me and for my mother.
I would recommend them to anyone, knowing that they would do their best to help with any problems.
Every evening my mother has the company of her neighbour, but she will be going into hospital soon. Our carer said don't worry we can arrange to call in the evening on a temporary basis to make sure my mother isn't alone and get her ready for bed.

The care that was provided by Care and Co to my Aunt was of an extremely high standard . The care was supportive , dignified and compassionate at all times despite my Aunt having some quite challenging behaviour on occasions .The girls made her feel at ease and safe when she was with them . I can only
say thank you for putting my mind at ease when I knew she was in such good hands .

Since Care and Co have looked after my mother (Summer 24) we have noted a marked improvement in her positive outlook. It has also been of great benefit to the family knowing my mother is getting the right level of support 3 times a day. All the Care and Co team have made a special effort to bond with
my mother, to the point that she now really looks forward to the visits, where she was somewhat reticent at the beginning. In addition, we have been been thankful for the flexibility and understanding shown in support through holiday requirements etc. All in all we are very pleased with the care provided to date.

Great service, the team have been fantastic with my mum. Punctual, chirpy and firm (when required!). Have seen an improvement in mum's social awareness and overall appearance and outlook. More than happy with all the things that they are helping us out with.

Care and Co have been working alongside my mother since January. From the very first day to the present, they have gone above and beyond to help my mother in all aspects of her daily needs, from personal care to social care. Nothing is ever too much to ask of the girls. My mother has found so much happiness
within this company and has been able to regain her confidence in her daily living. As a family, we have seen a massive improvement in my mothers well being and have care and co to thank for that. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank each and every one within this company.

I've found care and co to be extremely caring.
As with all agencies, it can be hard to retain staff over many years however the staff are always well-trained and I feel safe having them come to my home.
Having an agency that cares for the welfare of its clients is important to me so I don't feel like
a number on a list being rushed through my care needs.
My mental well-being is also looked after, family members have commented how happier I am with them compared to previous agencies.

Best care company around. Every care company should operate like them. They really care, which is kind of the point, it's not just a business out to make money.
They've been looking after my wife for ages and I don't honestly know where we'd be without them. It's not just what they do, but how they
do it. Flexible, adaptive and easy modern communication so we can work together as a team, rather than living with an imposed, rigid structure. We're very lucky to be with them and I heartily recommend them to anyone.

My mum has been a client for a couple of years now, and both she and I cannot speak highly enough of the company. The staff are very friendly and understanding of the needs of clients.
The staff go out of their way to ensure my mum is taken care of professionally and efficiently and build a bond with
the client so that they feel safe and comfortable when they are caring for my mum.
I would highly recommend Care & Co Ltd and the services they can provide
