My mother is using this service after a stay in hospital. She is normally independent but at this time needs a little help as she lives alone. The carers arrive on time and tend to my mother's needs whether it be personal care, shopping, cooking or just having a cuppa and a chat. The carers are very professional and friendly and respect my mother's dignity. If there's anything I need to know the carers or company will give me an update by text about my mother's wellbeing. Office staff and management are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as they treat my mother like their own and I know she's in safe hands when I'm not there to care for her myself.
