Very good service kind people, they do what I ask them to do even to cooking an egg. I'm treated with dignity and respect. I've taken to get the food out for them to do basically because the trolley I have is difficult to manage over carpet. So I get the food out and they warm it up and bring it in
to me.

I have been using Melody Care, 2 carers four times a day.
Everything about them is outstanding.
The office are helpful and the carers are lovely.
Highly recommended.
They are trustworthy and provide me with dignity.
Always turn up and go above the call e.g recently been in hospital now back to
normal.
If I didn't have Melody Care from the Camberley office not sure what I would do.
Well done to the manager who always helps out.

Melody Care has been caring for my Nan for 5+ years now and I don't have a bad word to say. My nan is bed-bound and has 4 double-up visits per day. They go above and beyond with the care they give and they always make sure I am in the loop on the social media group. I work full time so only get to see
my Nan a few times a week but I know she is in good hands with the Melody Care staff. I can't thank Melody Care enough for everything they do!

We were fortunate to have Melody carers look after our Mum who had Parkinson's Dementia. We found the carers compassionate, friendly, competent and extremely hard-working. Although they often had a significant number of calls each day, they always took the time to chat to Mum, and to make sure all

My mother is 97 and has dementia. I am her only surviving relative and live in another country.
My mother has been looked after by Melody Care for over a year now, with three visits every day. I have met most of the carers on my monthly visits to my mother, and they are all happy, patient, positive,
and professional. As soon as any problem arises, I get a call or a text message, with photos if necessary. They work closely with the district nurses and have called the emergency services when something serious happens. I always feel that I'm being kept up to date, which is vital to me, given that I live in another country.
I have complete faith in Melody Care and thoroughly recommend them.

Hi, I would just like to thank Melody Care for the care that they give my partner, she was born with genital hips which means she was born with no baller sockets in her hips and since COVID she has been unable to walk so she is assisted with all care. With Melody Care the staff are fantastic and brilliant
and lovely to be around, over the years this is the best care company we have found for my partner, very understanding and outgoing, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with daily tasks. Big up to the Melody Care team and all the staff from our family.

The manager and the team visit our Mum and Dad three times a day, every day, to administer their medication. Their dedication to ensuring our parents are safe at home is a great comfort to us. We have a contact group established and if there are any issues or problems, the team let us know straight
away. Over the last year, the care needs for both of our parents have changed and the team co-ordinate to ensure consistent procedures and communication are delivered. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and more importantly, caring and positivity, sometimes in very challenging situations.

My partner suffers from a form of ataxia which stops her walking and has a major impact on her balance. This has been ongoing for twenty years and is gradually getting worse. Melody Care asked to assist with bathing twice weekly but was soon having to assist daily as her situation changed. They have
been absolutely brilliant. All their staff are very well-trained and always put the client first! Can't praise them enough, they are always cheerful and love their job. They are an ambassador for this industry.

Initially, he started as a carer after deciding to leave his role in university eligibility and admissions to pursue a more fulfilling career. He progressed to become a Field Care Supervisor at a domiciliary care company and later worked as a Service Manager for a charity care organisation.
