Overall Experience

The service received from Trusted Homecare was excellent. My Dad was cared for with dignity, respect and genuine kindness throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.

The caregivers were all friendly, patient and seemed to enjoy their work. They helped with my Dad's physical needs but also took time to learn about him as a person and this helped his mental health too.

Communication from managers was clear and professional and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would 100% recommend Trusted Homecare.

Overall Experience

Trusted Homecare has been brilliant since we switched to them in April 2024. They are very flexible of changing needs and have been very supportive to the whole family. Trusted Homecare has been excellent in emergency situations and liaison with the hospital and the family.
