We've not been your client for long but your carers have always been friendly and hard working. At the moment they come morning and night to get my husband up and washed and get him ready for bed at night. We accept that the carers' schedule has to be flexible.
Several times I had to call and ask the carers to come early to help me with my husband and they always answered the phone or rang me straight back and, apart from one time, would come early.
The carers were very understanding and sympathetic about how hard it was seeing your husband go through what he did and would listen to me and comfort me.
I liked that I could message and receive messages through social media, it was easy and convenient if I just needed to give the carers a message.
Finding the right home care for a parent is one of the most important - and often most daunting - decisions a family can make. For us, it has been an experience we are genuinely grateful for.
From the very first visit, the team made my mum feel like a person, not a patient. The care she receives is thoughtful, consistent and delivered with real kindness. She looks forward to her carers arriving, which tells you everything you need to know.
What has particularly stood out is how quickly any concerns or requests are dealt with. As a family, we never feel like we're being brushed aside or left waiting. Whether it's a small adjustment to routine or something that needed more urgent attention, the response has always been prompt, practical and reassuring. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
My mum has her dignity fully intact. She feels respected, listened to and genuinely cared for.
Last year it was necessary for me to employ the services of a care company for my father. After reseatrch I decided to use Puresoul Care. The company assessed our needs and provided extremely good value of care at a reasonable cost. The service and care provided was outstanding. Time keeping was excellent, attention to my father's care needs were met and adjusted as required. The carer treated my father with the greatest respect, always with a smile and encouragement, and best of all listened to him when he was worried or frightened to do something.
We used Puresoul through a care package that was arranged by the hospital, the experience has been great. The carers that I have met are really nice, the care manager has been great. I'm sure a lot of the work she has done isn't even in her job description. She has done an amazing job, any questions I need answered have been done straightaway, nothing seems too much trouble.
My mum of 93 was looked after by Puresoul Care for about 4 months in total. Her carers were kind and compassionate towards her. They always reported any concerns they had about her. I would certainly recommend them.
We are thankful for you placing trust within the team to care for your mum.
Excellent carers. Some outstandingly good.
I'm happy with the care provided to my son by Puresoul. The staff are very professional and always attentive to my son's needs. I would highly recommend Puresoul care.
My live in carer is doing an excellent job in looking after me.
The majority of care my father received- especially from two members of staff was excellent. He did have a few communication issues with one of his morning carers.
Best carers I've had
Puresoul Care has taken good care of my husband. He has two carers four times a day. They treat him with kindness and consideration. They are always polite and helpful.
Puresoul Care has been an outstanding provider of care services. Their team is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their work. They have taken wonderful care of my dad, and we are grateful for their exceptional support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and heartfelt care.
