I’ve worked my way up from frontline roles into operational leadership, safeguarding, HR, and quality assurance — and I bring all of that experience into my role as Registered Manager here at Kare Plus Rugby.

At Kare Plus, my role involves recruitment, supporting the manager with compliance tasks, audits and spot checks, and covering emergency care calls when needed. I am also experienced in conducting initial assessments and developing care plans to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of personalised care.
