Extremely caring and considerate of my Dad's needs. Very flexible with changes in plans and very understanding as the care plan evolves. Always on hand to talk situations through 24/7 which is a great support. Very happy we chose Kare Plus.

Finding the right care for my dad after his stroke wasn't easy. Having different carers for different calls made it hard for him to adjust, and he needed consistency. Since a member of staff became his dedicated carer through KarePlus, everything has changed for the better. She's not just good at what
she does-she genuinely cares. She's patient, gentle, and takes the time to listen, never rushing him or making him feel like a burden.
She understands his needs and adapts to them daily, ensuring he's comfortable while encouraging his independence. Having one carer has made it so much easier for him to build trust, and as a family, we no longer have to explain things repeatedly. KarePlus has been fantastic in accommodating our request for consistency, and we're truly grateful. If you're looking for a care service that prioritizes compassion and professionalism, KarePlus is the one to go with-especially if you have someone as amazing as she is!

I couldn't praise this company enough. The manager found me care for my mother with virtually no notice and the girls who came were just brilliant. Caring, hard-working, thoughtful and happy to finish what they were doing rather than rush off... I would definitely recommend it.
