Finding the right care for my dad after his stroke wasn't easy. Having different carers for different calls made it hard for him to adjust, and he needed consistency. Since a member of staff became his dedicated carer through KarePlus, everything has changed for the better. She's not just good at what

she does-she genuinely cares. She's patient, gentle, and takes the time to listen, never rushing him or making him feel like a burden.
She understands his needs and adapts to them daily, ensuring he's comfortable while encouraging his independence. Having one carer has made it so much easier for him to build trust, and as a family, we no longer have to explain things repeatedly. KarePlus has been fantastic in accommodating our request for consistency, and we're truly grateful. I couldn't praise this company enough. The manager found me care for my mother with virtually no notice and the girls who came were just brilliant. Caring, hard-working, thoughtful and happy to finish what they were doing rather than rush off... I would definitely recommend it.
