The service provided so far by LeRue has been very good. My dad has for the most part had the same 2 carers which is excellent. On the rare occassion they are running late they let me know. The carers are good with dad.

I have been the care of this company since coming home from hospital after bad reaction to covid jab. From day one I have been pleased with all the carers who have been looking after me. Some have left and went on a different venture. I get the same care and and frifolity all new carers and look forward to all visits. I can count on these as my friends.

The majority of the carers I have had are very good they have empathy and do the care that they provide for me in a caring way.

I entrusted LeRue Support Services with supporting my mother's care at home needs for a month whilst we waited for local authority services to commence. From the initial enquiry, the manager took genuine and deep interest in Mum's situation, Alzheimer's condition and needs. The introductory and assessment visit was detailed whilst relaxed at the same time. Once agreed, care commenced within a couple of days. The manager and her team were friendly, patient and diligent with Mum's care during every visit. They also maintained very clear records of each visit, which was a great help for me. It took a few days for the carers to get used to Mum's quirks but they quickly forged a good relationship. The manager was always available for questions, feedback and suggestions as Mum's care evolved. This all at a price that I believe to be very reasonable and I would highly recommend LeRue Support Services if you're looking for care at home options for your loved ones.
