Personalised and respectful service at a reasonable price. I entrusted LeRue Support Services with supporting my mother's care at home needs for a month whilst we waited for local authority services to commence. From the initial enquiry, the manager took genuine and deep interest in Mum's
situation, Alzheimer's condition and needs. The introductory and assessment visit was detailed whilst relaxed at the same time. Once agreed, care commenced within a couple of days. The manager and her team were friendly, patient and diligent with Mum's care during every visit. They also maintained very clear records of each visit, which was a great help for me. It took a few days for the carers to get used to Mum's quirks but they quickly forged a good relationship. The manager was always available for questions, feedback and suggestions as Mum's care evolved. This all at a price that I believe to be very reasonable and I would highly recommend LeRue Support Services if you're looking for care at home options for your loved ones.
