Overall Experience

Generally the service & care received has been much better than expected. However there have been a few occasions when visiting times have been changed and caused some disruption to our routine. We can adapt to changes if notified when possible.

Overall Experience

I have found almost all of my carers to be efficient, friendly and caring, taking into consideration also my husband falling. I mostly get the time slots I like, but mostly adjust times if possible. Most carers go above and beyond what is needed.

Overall Experience

I would like to see more female carers. Overall my care is very good. Few carers that need more training on hearing impaired and deaf clients. More training on diabetic awareness and what to do if a client has low blood sugar needs to be done. Other wise most of my carers treat me with respect, care, dignity and are great.
