Generally the service & care received has been much better than expected. However there have been a few occasions when visiting times have been changed and caused some disruption to our routine. We can adapt to changes if notified when possible.

Please rest assured that we do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused at times; from time to time we do have to make short notice changes (due to staff illness, weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances) and it is our priority to keep you informed if this happens. I have found almost all of my carers to be efficient, friendly and caring, taking into consideration also my husband falling. I mostly get the time slots I like, but mostly adjust times if possible. Most carers go above and beyond what is needed.
