I write on behalf of my wife who finds the experience of being cared for by this team excellent.The carers time keeping is good ,they go about their tasks with diligence in a respectful ,pleasant manner and as her husband would recommend their services

The Homecaring Team have provided mom with care and support for many months getting washed and dressed in a morning and giving her a light breakfast which she struggles with on her own. They have always made every appointment and never give me any concern they will not arrive within a few minutes of our preferred time. The staff are always very polite, professional and caring and any concerns over mom's health are always referred to me immediately, sometimes with photographs if appropriate after a visit. I have no problem in recommending them to look after anyone seeking extra care and assistance for their loved ones.

My wife developed dementia several years ago and eventually progressed to the point when I could no longer look after her properly or keep our home in good order. Consequently we investigated the various home carers available locally in the Kinver area and found a company called The Home Caring Team Ltd. We contacted the manager, Claire, who was very peasant, sympathetic and considerate, to arrange for home care. Since then we have found all members of the team to be very friendly and helpful no matter what we asked them to do and found them unstinting in their desire to undertake whatever the problem might be; they even repot houseplants and post letters for us!. My wife loves the way they look after her and ensure she is beautifully dressed. If there are medical problems a phone call to the team management always results in prompt attention from GPs including home visits. I thoroughly endorse this company and cannot fault it in any way. Highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for better carers. They look after my mom who has dementia. They are professional,caring, kind and experienced. I know that mom is in safe hands when they are looking after her. Great company so glad we found them.

The staff and management have been excellent. No problems, they have done whatever I have asked them. Most of all, caring for me.

I have used The Homecaring Team for the care of my husband, who has Parkinson's for 2 years. We have found them a wonderful comfort to us, considerate, respectful, with good time keeping, keeping the spirit of my husband uplifted. Any problems a phone call and they are there. They go over and above the call of duty, the carers become our supportive friends. My husband is always treated with dignity and they fully support me and give us lots of advice. I have recommended them to a lot of other people. All very pleased.

All of the team who visit my Mom are so friendly and professional. They have become part of our family over the years that they have been supporting my mom. My mom lives with us and the carers respect our home , they treat my mom with the highest of respect and provide excellent person centred care. The team are always flexible and always on time and never rush my mom in a morning.

I was recommended to this care company by a close friend who I trusted. It was the best decision I could have made. Care has been of a consistently high standard, the caring team very warm and friendly, whilst maintaining professionalism. All requests have been carried through and response is efficient, very personal and caring. This is exactly how a care company should be run. Can't fault them!

For over 12 months my father has been looked after by the team and we've seen a few personnel changes but the core factor throughout has been they all care and are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the old fella's needs are all met. Credit to the management team for selecting flexible trustworthy people who care. Would I recommend them? No doubt.

The Homecaring Team were absolutely incredible looking after our nan. She was looked after with so much care and respect, nothing was ever too much trouble either. We can't thank the registered manager and director enough for everything they and their team did for our family.

I highly recommend The Homecaring Team LTD. When my grandparents needed support to live independently within their own home, The Homecaring Team provided them with a top level of care, always going above and beyond for them. Nothing was too much trouble and when things needed to be adjusted such as times and days it was sorted with ease. The feedback given to the family was so reassuring letting us know, how they were in the morning and if they had eaten etc. We were always kept in the loop. My nan especially loved the company of the carers, often having a conversation over a cup of tea, which made her day. They made my grandparents' days easier and helped them to stay independent, along with ensuring they still respected their wishes and kept their dignity, for that I will always be grateful. I would recommend The Homecaring Team to everyone.

We used one member of staff in particular and her team to care for Mum to enable her to stay at home. We were really pleased with how they cared for her every day. They did whatever we needed them to do with care and consideration. The team became more than carers they became Mum's friends who she looked forward to spending time with. Knowing you have a group of people who are caring for your loved ones and who you can trust... is worth its weight in gold. We were so happy with the service they offered we recommended them to several friends and family who in turn used them to care for their loved ones too. Thank you to that one particular member of staff and the team you are brilliant!

After recovering from hip surgery my elderly father needed a lot of professional care, still ongoing. The manager and her wonderful team have been invaluable to his ongoing rehabilitation looking after his personal care and providing company and encouragement to get back to normality. Nothing is too much trouble, one can call for assistance 24 hours a day, therefore I would recommend the manager and the team to anyone who needs care and assistance.

The home caring team were fantastic when my grandad was poorly they went above and beyond to ensure he was well cared for after his stay in hospital. Nothing was too much trouble and we knew he was in good hands. So much so we have continued to use their services and he looks forward to his daily visits from the team.

Have used The Homecaring Team for a considerable time and have always been so grateful for all the care and attention received. Nothing is ever too much trouble whatever you ask them to do for you. It is not an easy thing to do when you realise you need care and to get someone to come to your home you have to feel relaxed and this is what you get from them.

The Homecaring Team have been calling on our Mom for several months. We have found them to be caring, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. In our experience, no situation is too much trouble for them whether it be hospital or doctor appointments or just to pop in and get some shopping. Highly recommend.
