Overall Experience
The manager of OHR and the care worker, have provided a service I could only hope for. Agnes is totally hands-on, prioritising visiting my wife whenever she saw a need, despite having to run the agency. The care. the manager's unselfish accessibility and the weekly reporting on the situation concerning my wife has been unbelievably comforting.
The carer has been called upon to deal with situations which would try the mettle of anyone and has done so with care and great patience in the most challenging of circumstances.

The staff have demonstrably put the client first at all times. Can you ask for more when seeking care for your family? I cannot.
