We cannot recommend Riverbank Care highly enough. As a small, nurse-led home care agency, they provide an exceptional standard of compassionate, professional care. The owner is hands-on, carefully recruiting and training every member of the team, and this is reflected in the outstanding quality of care they deliver.
Riverbank has enabled our father to remain at home with dignity, receiving reliable, respectful care from familiar carers who always arrive on time with warmth and kindness. They have also been an invaluable support to our mother, giving our whole family confidence and peace of mind. Their communication, flexibility and genuine compassion have been exceptional throughout. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would recommend Riverbank without hesitation.

I have been receiving personal care for a year . The agency I receive support and carer from have been brilliant., i have always been treated with compassion, consideration and an understanding of the importance of keeping my independence . I am always informed beforehand of any change to my care....
I have been receiving personal care for a year . The agency I receive support and carer from have been brilliant., i have always been treated with compassion, consideration and an understanding of the importance of keeping my independence . I am always informed beforehand of any change to my care. Sometimes there has been a different carer or letting me know that there is a small delay e I traffic problems . I am given time with my care I don't feel rushed and always listened to.

From the start, it was evident that the service was managed well and professionally and that all staff listened well to accommodate the needs of my mother e.g.because of her dementia she was disorientated in time and they knew how important it was to have a regular carer and be on time or early! From the start, it was evident that the service was managed well and professionally and that all staff listened well to accommodate the needs of my mother e.g.because of her dementia she was disorientated in time and they knew how important it was to have a regular carer and be on time or early! We very quickly formed a 'team' to support Mum and established communication methods. All the staff were kind, considerate and respectful but each one of them also brought something of themselves to help Mum and probably went over and above to do so e.g. one would paint her nails or try to find activities to stop her getting bored. One was excellent at giving her a thorough wash and one would stay a little longer if she could to just have a chat.
I felt really sorry to let them go once Mum needed 24 hour care but have no hesitation in recommending them

We're proud of the compassion our staff bring to their roles every day, and your feedback reflects their dedication beautifully. The quality of care is excellent by all the carers and with a small company, we get to know the carers well - they become virtual friends and the set up feels like a family. The quality of care is excellent by all the carers and with a small company, we get to know the carers well - they become virtual friends and the set up feels like a family. This might not be the case with a larger company. Their advice is based on professional experience of a very high nature so can be relied on. We are very satisfied with the standard of care and could confidently recommend them.
