Hollins Hall Home Care

All staff are very pleasant and helpful and prepared to attend at short notice if I have a problem. Nice to have them so close to hand. Wish that the funding system would allow me to use them full time.

On behalf of my father (and our family) I cannot speak highly enough of the Care Team at Hollins Hall. Dad has been receiving home care and welfare visits for a few years now and the Carers have always been very friendly, reliable, efficient, extremely caring and respectful. Dad enjoys their visits and feels comfortable and safe in their company. Emergency call outs are responded to quickly and efficiently and any difficulties or concerns are addressed immediately and always communicated to family. Last minute adjustments to daily care such as extra visits or cancellations are accommodated without any trouble. The Care Manager is very approachable and helpful and happy to discuss and make adjustments as required at short notice. It is reassuring for our family to know that Dad is safe and content and well cared for in his own home.

The care given by the team is fabulous! They are friendly,, kind and very efficient. They are adaptable and responsive to changes in care needs and highly competent I thank my lucky stars for them everyday!

Care team were quick to respond when additional support was requested and flexible about restarting support after my father-in-law had another stay in hospital. Care team were friendly, caring and supportive.

Hollins Hall home care team are exceptional, very professional and totally reliable. The team are very pro-active, solving problems as they arise and always keep me informed, their communication is perfect. The whole team are very friendly, good humoured and have a great rapport with my brother who is very dependant on the social interaction as well as the amazing care. As our family don't live close by we very much rely on the carers help and advice. I can't thank them enough, just having the peace of mind that my brother is in very safe hands is worth every penny. We have experienced other care company's and carers so really appreciate the quality of Hollins Hall care team, they are local, consistent and lovely people. As a home care service user, my mother has always found the carers very kind, cheerful, and supportive. They always arrive on time and, as well as personal care, are happy to carry out other small duties and offer sensible, practical advice about a range of matters. They are a hugely reassuring presence both to my mother and to me.

I have been impressed by the way they encourage Mum to go out and about and maintain a degree of independence.

Hollins Hall was very helpful and attentive in putting together a surprise 100th birthday party for my father-in-law. The staff are always very attentive and have helped with getting the best care for my mother-in-law and father-in-law.

Hollins Hall provide a very good and reliable service. They are better than any other care services we have experienced in their time-keeping and with sending the same people each time. They are very well organised and I never need worry about whether they will turn up, even when fairly last minute plans at our end mean that we have to ask them for extra cover or are cancelling a visit. It all works very well and Mum enjoys the company and chat of the two carers who visit her.

We had no cause for concern regarding the care received.
