All staff arrive on time, most respond immediately when asked to do something for /by my husband beyond the routine tasks. They are always well presented and offer assistance with household tasks whenver have free time. They work collaboratively as a team from shift to shift and over the week, willing to enter into brief chats with colleagues even when off shift to ensure continuity of the excellent care. They provide and that it is seamless. When my husband without friends/family requires time to himself they acknowledge this. Dignity and respect underpins their support and if a staff member can't make a shift there is no issue for service user as dealt with in time by the office.
If there is anything else we can do for your family, please let us know.
So happy with the care our son is receiving since Clinical24 took over his package. The care from all of his carers is second to none. Their handling, attention and compassion towards him is beyond anything he has received and all with a smile. I can give nothing but praise towards them. Has made his life and our own so much more bearable.
HiThank you so much for this lovely review. We are delighted to be able to help and to have made a difference with your family.
In general my care has been satisfactory, although some of the nurses have difficulties in adjusting to working in the community rather than a hospital setting.
Thanks for taking the time to review us. We take all feedback seriously and will bring this to the attention of the relevant teams.
