I was apprehensive about starting care for my parents, mostly because previous calls to agencies had not been helpful. However on this occasion, from the initial phone call onwards the service has been exceptional. After detailed interview, the carers have made sure that every base has been covered.
They have been reliable and flexible. My parents have thrived with their kindness. I feel really reassured that I can holiday etc without worry.

Excellent - no other word to describe them. Nothing is too much trouble. They've helped me with phone calls and on the internet. Always cheerful and a pleasure to see them. Very professional.
