Care Inclusive Limited aims to ensure its services provided are based on the views and contributions of the service user and their families. As such everyone will have a personalised care plan, which will be tailored for their needs and requests. As their needs change, the care plans will be updated accordingly, in line with any changes and adaptations to their care or their desire considering any cultural, sexual, religious, and social needs and preferences.

Care Inclusive Limited aims to provide a service that is responsive and dynamic to the changing needs of service users. To ensure these objectives are achieved, an assessment will be carried out at the start of care package to identify any communication issues and make sure all staff are able to communicate with the service user and families effectively. This includes utilising any communication aids such as, hearing aids, PECs or sign language.

Care Inclusive Limited believe that receiving the care you need in your own home is a basic human right. It must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other services when appropriate. Home care is an important part of a continuous health care system. Care Inclusive Limited will provide quality care on an equal opportunity basis in the most cost-effective and sensible way. Their aim is to support people in their own homes for as long as possible to minimise them going into 24-hour care.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the care my mom has been getting. The staff have been absolutely amazing with her. They're patient, gentle, and always make sure she's comfortable and treated with respect. It honestly gives me so much peace knowing she's in good hands. I can see how much they
genuinely care, and that means everything. I can't thank them enough for looking after my mom the way they do.
