As such everyone will have a personalised care plan, which will be tailored for their needs and requests. As their needs change, the care plans will be updated accordingly, in line with any changes and adaptations to their care or their desire considering any cultural, sexual, religious, and social needs and preferences.

Care Inclusive Limited aims to provide a service that is responsive and dynamic to the changing needs of service users. To ensure these objectives are achieved, an assessment will be carried out at the start of care package to identify any communication issues and make sure all staff are able to communicate with the service user and families effectively. This includes utilising any communication aids such as, hearing aids, PECs or sign language.

Care Inclusive Limited believe that receiving the care you need in your own home is a basic human right. It must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other services when appropriate. Home care is an important part of a continuous health care system.
