I was visiting my friend who is one of their service users. I like the way the staff interacted with my friend and took care of him. With companies like this that takes their time to train their staffs to make sure they provide the best possible care for their service users, families and friend of people
in care can be rest assured that their loved one is well cared for.

Their care assessment, plan and caring pattern were awesome as it met my grandmother's needs.
Very good customer service, a particular member of staff is a good listener, he listened to all my grandma's care challenges and he provided solution to them all.

Philphos Healthcare provided excellent care and support for my mum when I went on vacation. I am really impressed by the feedback from Mum. The care workers arrived in time, they were respectful and patient. Thank you.
