Excellent support. 5 stars. Highly recommended to others. Very experienced carers. They support me to go to appointments and visit my wife in her care home. I have a great relationship with all the carers.

Overall Experience
After an extended stay in hospital my mum needed care at home. Having never been through what seemed a very scary process I was lucky enough to find Mintmay. From the first phone call to the manager I felt we were being listened to. The manager came to do a home visit and reassured us everything...
After an extended stay in hospital my mum needed care at home. Having never been through what seemed a very scary process I was lucky enough to find Mintmay. From the first phone call to the manager I felt we were being listened to. The manager came to do a home visit and reassured us everything my mum (and my dad) needed would be taken care of. The manager spoke to us in such a friendly and professional manner I felt instantly reassured
The care my mum got was exceptional
My mum was spoken to as a person not a patient
The carer encouraged my mum to be independent and after a few weeks my mum was back on her feet and back to being totally independent
