Having used Saining Care for another friend I had no hesitation in helping an elderly friend to use them. She had some health needs, lived alone with no active family nearby. She needed an hour a day 5 days a week to help with pills, encouragement and help to eat lunch, social chat and a bit of cleaning. She had continuity of the same 2 carers who exceeded our expectations, being flexible, adding accompanying to shops and a lot more. My friend wasn't sure at first but is now continuing the arrangement which helps her stay independent in her home longer.

The worker upset my daughter on two occasions including screaming and shouting at her and using demeaning derogatory language to my daughter. The worker started turning up late frequently and sent random workers who would talk very fast and difficult to understand their dialect. It became clear this agency staff had no experience with neuro divergent client or mental disorder client/mental health client from way they communicated and supported my daughter as they upset my daughter and myself with several bad experiences with their support worker. They need to train their staff

My elderly mother had broken her wrist and I was due to go on holiday. I called Saining Care on the recommendation of a friend who rated them very highly. There was an immediate call back from a member of staff. We met and it was agreed that she would visit my mother for an hour every day and help where needed. She was lovely,happy and friendly and the manager visited one day and was equally lovely. Saining Care gave me piece of mind whilst on holiday and both helped and cheered my mother up. I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Saining Care has been an excellent choice for me. I initially needed some post-operative care on returning home from the hospital, after having a total hip replacement. I live on my own, and anticipated finding some daily tasks were going to be a bit of a challenge. From the outset, Saining Care has exceeded my expectations. From the first meeting to discuss my needs, they have been very professional, caring, friendly and engaging. Nothing has been too much trouble, from helping me with basic personal care, through to my ongoing physiotherapy. I have made a brilliant recovery, and I put it down to the consistent, punctual, kind and thoughtful approach of the manager. Her positivity and continual assessment of my progress have helped enormously, always engaging with the next goal of what I need to achieve physically. In doing so, she has also helped me to gain confidence. I really appreciate the quality of the care I have had, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Their kindness, genuine interest in Mum and willingness to make the time enjoyable and stimulating were impeccable. It was a very professional service that I would not hesitate to use in the future, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Saining Care has been transformational for my dad. From being a rather sad 95-year-old he has been rejuvenated by the genuine care and friendship of the two carers who visit him. The consistency of the same people, the interest not only in his condition but in him as a person and the kindness has been exemplary.
